Business Development Manager London

Jo is the Business Development Manager for the London Division of Cultural Identity Awareness Ltd.

She is a registered practitioner with the Learning Skills Council (LSCLE) and Business Link for London and has project managed a number of diversity initiatives including management training for refugee organisations, social enterprise, regeneration and renewal and inclusion and equality programmes in which she tackles inequalities and discrimination issues in a hands-on yet positive manner.

Jo works with a large number of community projects for disaffected children and young adults with learning disabilities, for which she provides both coaching and training opportunities. She is also an approved Home Office invigilator for the “Life in the UK” Citizenship programme.

She is an innovative equality practitioner with a passionate approach to enabling team development through individual empowerment.

Jo has a broad knowledge of organisational equality initiatives such as Customer First UK and Investors in People (IiP) in which she has worked with businesses in both an assessing and training capacity, this has enabled her to offer a fully holistic approach and understanding of people focused business processes.

As a level 4 train the trainer she not only facilitates equality training programmes encompassing all the strands of diversity, but she also works with the consultancy team designing and developing bespoke programmes including Equality Impact Assessments and equality schemes.

Jo is a dedicated, professional Manager/Consultant who works vigorously and shares the organisations vision of equality for all. With this wealth of experience, Jo is instrumental in developing and promoting Cultural Identity Awareness Ltd in the London region.
