Denise McCausland is a charismatic Organizational Development Consultant who specialises in supporting individuals, teams and organizations in managing cultural change.
Denise has worked as an independent consultant for 6 years. During this time she has gained extensive experience with regard to equalities training and consultancy solutions across diverse sectors. These include: local authorities, central government the commercial sector and voluntary and community groups.
Denise’s key strength is her high level of emotional intelligence. This enables her to establish a safe training environment where participants feel free to take risks and to express themselves without fear of reprisals. However her personal style will also ensure that participants’ existing assumptions are challenged whilst protecting their dignity, by adopting a coaching approach.
Denise is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She also holds an MSc in Organizational Behaviour from Birkbeck College London. She is also registered by the British Psychological Society to administer Occupational Tests.
Denise also has a proven track record in the provision of equalities consultancy services. This includes: auditing and drafting policies and good practice guides for managers and employees, undertaking management investigations into harassment and bullying and undertaking equality impact assessments in relation to the equality strands.
Denise also enjoys her role as a guest speaker at conferences and seminars in respect of equalities issues.
